Hello everyone, I hope that you have not all abandoned me since the site was down for quite some time. I put the site back up and i just got a new camera so that i can get back into my photography and into my artwork. I am going to make a post about the camera with a few pics. Hopefully in a day or so. Whenever i get the time to really get some good shots. I still need to get better with the camera but i will.. All in due time.

I would just like to take the time to wish everyone a merry xmas and  to let you know that i will be back on this site. Starting with the new year.

Well guys, its pretty much the summer now and i have been hard at work for my step fathers companies. I have little time to spend on the computer lately and i will be getting back on here from time to time. That being said i would like to remind that this is the summer and i am no longer restricted, or confined rather. So this means i will be doing some traveling during the summer and fall months, and that means that there will be allot more artwork and more resources being posted to here this year.  I will try to update this page at-least once a week if not more in the coming months. The fun should start in a few weeks so keep your eyes open for updates.

So right now i’m working on a image. I have the majority of the work for the zombie or creature in the image finished. But i have no bg or anything else to show other than the zombie so far. I think the creature is soo cool i put it on my myspace. 

Some people wait all year for today, just so they can take off of work sit home and smoke until they pass out. I on the other hand cannot do such a thing, it is my duty to goto work and put in my hours like i would any other weekday of the year. But for those of you lucky enough to have the luxory of staying home in this economy and smoking your weed until you pass out. Well then you smoke an extra one for me because i’ll be working so i can pay my bills and afford to smoke when i get home. 

 So today is easter, and for all of you that celebrate it, i hope you have or had a very happy day with your family. For those who dont well i still wish you the same.

Ok so as you can tell the featured artist thing isnt going off quite as planned. I could load this thing up with my friends but i don’t wanna throw them in the mix first. For one it will spark some sort of grudge between whoever for whatever reason if there is a specific order i put my friends in. But what i will be doing is pulling names out of a hat in between other artists features so that i can add those of my friends who do great artwork in the featured section..  Aside from this there have been allot of family issues that have sprung up on all sides of my family.  I may go into detail on these issues soon, but not at this moment. I cannot think straight enough right now to explain in text what has been bothering me and going on in my personal life. When i have a clear head and less to deal with i will explain in detail.

      Heres a quick run down of whats going on. My cousins bones were found by a hunter not from a property my family just made settlement on. My uncle is dying of cancer, and the woman i love has been in and out of the hospital 4 times this week. 

that is all will update soon. 

So the snow set has allot more added to it than i imagined possible, with the limited amount of spare time on my hands. So along with that and the valentines day set i may also put together a third set. I am unsture of what type of brush set the third will be if any, but the potiential for another set is there.  

           As far as the cart and resource section, i know i keep saying it will be done soon. But it will. It has to be for these brush sets to be released. There has to be some system in place for you to be able to easily search, view & download the upcoming and already created resources. 

 So I’m going to start this year off as being the year for me. The year i stay motivated to make myself a better, stronger person physically and financially. I have spent the past few weeks working on a upcoming brush set in my spare time. There hasn’t been much spare time for me to work on this with but, i have quite a few very nice brushes in the set already and i have been adding new brushes almost daily. It will be released prior to or along with my Valentines Day Brushes regardless of the date of their magazine feature. I have waited for the past few weeks on a response from a rep from a magazine that wanted to feature my next brush set, I sent them the details and told them i would like to have it in the first issue after Xmas.  Now i don’t get allot out of the magazine feature, only a few thousand hits to my page, a small ego boost, and praise from my family and friends. Other than that they make out on the deal. They get my brushes for free, they sell magazines to friends and family of mine who otherwise would have no idea what the hell Photoshop was.  So with or without the feature the brushes will be available here, along with the Valentines day set within a months time at max. 

     So it’s 2009 now, and in the past year we have gone though some hard times. We have all lost loved ones, money, some have lost their jobs their careers and our morals are slowly but surely following the trend. One of the things i will most remember about 2008 is the presidential election and the history that was made by the voice of the people praying for “Change”, Not going to say whether or not i liked the outcome of the election, i don’t get into politics much. But i do have to say regardless of your personal choices or beliefs you cannot discount the fact that entire world watched history be made in November 2008. 

         Some of the other things i will remember most about 2008 though they will not be happy memories, i will still remember a few of the celebrities we lost last year.  One of the most upsetting for me Being Robert Graham (August 19, 1938 -December 27, 2008). This man was a living legend to sculptors and aspiring artists alike. He has been credited for Sculpting the L.A Olympic Gateway & has also sculpted statues of and for many of The United States Presidents. I have used some of his work as reference material in my own art work. He was born 44 years to the day prior to my own entry into life. He will be missed, but will continue to live forever within his Sculptures.   Bernie Mack & Issac Hayes were also two huge losses dealt to the Hollywood community. Shockingly enough the appear together in the movie “Soul Men”. If i was Samuel Jackson I’d be worried. 

  Anyway it is supposed to be Happy time. A new year, a fresh start! Let us hope this one is better than the last for all of us.  Happy New Year!!!
